Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Assistant to join our team in Lyon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of maintenance activities, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Monitor and report on maintenance progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities
  • Provide technical support to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives, working closely with senior management to drive growth and innovation

Requirements

  • Technical degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or maintenance management
  • Proven experience in a maintenance or technical support role, with a strong understanding of systems and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Fluency in English, with a strong command of written and spoken language
