Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Airline Operations Coordinator to join our team in Montpellier. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate weekly and monthly training schedules to optimize instructor availability and resources.
2. Collaborate with the Head of Training to identify and anticipate needs for aircraft and simulators.
3. Monitor training performance and analyze data to drive improvements in student outcomes.
4. Ensure accurate tracking of training hours for payroll and operational reporting.
5. Foster strong communication with instructors and support staff to maintain high standards of training.

Qualifications:

1. Relevant experience in operations management, preferably within an ATO or similar environment.
2. Strong understanding of aviation regulations and training standards.
3. Flight dispatcher training or experience in planning and management preferred.
4. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
6. Proficient in relevant software and tools; knowledge of Flight Logger systems is a plus.
