Position Overview: Recruitment Officer
We are a prominent national retail organization seeking a Recruitment Officer to engage in an apprenticeship program aimed at preparing for an HR Director MBA over a two-year period.
As a member of our Regional HR Department, you will collaborate closely with the Pigier Performance Nice institution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee candidate applications: document submissions, arrange interviews, and manage rejection communications
- Coordinate and administer training initiatives: register participants, reserve venues, and monitor invoicing
- Execute personnel administrative duties: input contracts, track employee absences, manage temporary staffing, and prepare payroll information
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources
- Looking for an apprenticeship opportunity within a dynamic organization
