About the Role
You will be part of the Global Risk Analytics team, which is responsible for Market Risk monitoring and advisory of the GEMS Business Unit of ENGIE and its regulated entity EGM (Engie Global Markets). You will evolve in a collaborative team that thrives in a dynamic, technology, and data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the identification, assessment, and management of risks across all facets of our operations.
- Prepare regular risk reports and dashboards for senior management and the board of directors.
- Mentor junior members of the team to foster their professional growth and ensure the continuity of expertise within the organization.
Requirements
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and risk assessment techniques.
- Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB and familiarity in databases and API.
- Master's degree in finance, risk management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a leadership or senior management role is highly desirable.
