Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on electronic security systems
  • Program and configure security systems to meet client specifications
  • Offer technical support and guidance to clients
  • Ensure adherence to company certifications and industry standards
  • Prioritize client satisfaction and uphold service excellence
Qualifications:
  • Background in electrical or electronics with IT competencies
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in electronic security systems
  • Knowledge of video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection technologies
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with APSAD standards is advantageous
