Back Office Financial Structured Products Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back Office Financial Structured Products Manager to join our team at FED FINANCE. As a key member of our structured finance operations team, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of financial structured products, from origination to maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze credit agreements and associated collateral
- Perform all pre-issuance checks
- Manage the entire deal flow, including funding, refinancing, announcements, and payments
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including the Front Office, Middle Office, borrowers, insurers, and other relevant parties
Requirements
- Master's degree in finance or a related field
- At least one year of experience in a similar role or in back-office operations
- Strong knowledge of financial structured products and related regulations
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Operational proficiency in English

- A competitive salary between €42,000 and €50,000 per year, depending on experience
- A partial remote work arrangement, with two days of telecommuting per week
