RoleOur client is a retail organization with a substantial workforce dedicated to serving millions of clients annually.
Your duties will encompass:
- Welcoming customers, addressing their needs, and providing guidance and information with courtesy. Your customer service expertise will be evident.
- Offering tailored customer follow-up and ensuring the security of their purchases. You possess comprehensive knowledge of your products, enabling you to meet your clients' requirements effectively.
- Executing all tasks related to services and cash transactions. You will be present throughout the customers' shopping experience.
- Organizing and displaying products, showcasing them effectively in the sales area, restocking according to sales trends, and providing accurate pricing details.
- Implementing all necessary measures to prevent loss.
- Communicating essential information for the seamless operation of customer service. Customer satisfaction is your primary goal, as well as that of your colleagues.
- Contributing to overall store operations through collaborative activities. Teamwork is essential as everyone works towards a common objective.
