Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Oversight: Lead and coordinate all regulatory visits, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with applicable standards.
  • Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans aligned with operational activities. Oversee the scheduling and execution of maintenance interventions to optimize cost efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Investment Management: Plan and execute approved capital investments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Team Leadership & Development: Provide direction and guidance to the maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet evolving operational needs.
    • Budget Management: Manage the team's budget effectively, including allocating resources for staff increases and performance-based bonuses.

Safety & Compliance:
