KARISMA Recrutement Achat is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global purchasing efforts. As a Senior Purchasing Manager F/H, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement plans that drive cost reduction and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global procurement strategies to optimize spend and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of procurement plans
- Rationalize transportation panels and coordinate with supply chain teams
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and measure their impact
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, transportation, and purchasing in an international environment
- Master's degree in supply chain or purchasing
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
