As a pivotal member of the IT project team, you will engage in the enhancement of current IT solutions and the implementation of new systems, ensuring they align with organizational standards. Your role will encompass defining the testing approach, crafting and executing test scenarios to validate IT outputs prior to the live launch of new versions or solutions. Furthermore, you will play a key role in the change management process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing business processes, workflows, and requirements
- Serving as the technical liaison on IT initiatives
- Establishing a testing strategy and estimating the necessary time and resources
- Creating test scenarios to validate IT products and deliverables
- Developing change management materials (demonstrations, training sessions, tutorials, user guides) for end users
- Executing the defined test scenarios
- Documenting operational support workflows involving company and IT representatives
Essential Skills and Knowledge
- Ability to articulate processes and workflows
- Understanding of IT project testing methodologies
- Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is advantageous
- Basic scripting skills
