Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Project Manager and Support Specialist to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading software development projects, managing application deployments, and providing technical support to our business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead software development projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Application Deployment: Manage the deployment of applications across our global network, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
- Technical Support: Provide level 1 and 2 technical support for our business-critical applications, resolving incidents and ensuring high uptime.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure all applications meet our company's security and compliance standards, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery and application support.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in.Net VB or C# or Windev/WebDev, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Database Management: Experience in designing and managing databases using SQL Server and/or Maria DB and/or Oracle.
- Infrastructure Knowledge: Understanding of IT infrastructure components and their interdependencies.
- Communication and Organization: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and French.
