Opportunity for a Construction Project Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and oversee construction activities on one or more sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Directing the execution of construction tasks
  • Ensuring thorough technical preparation and continuous monitoring
  • Collaborating with various trades and contractors
  • Adjusting and ensuring the availability of resources to meet project timelines
  • Demonstrating expertise in facade renovations as a critical requirement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5:30 pm
  • Compensation will be based on experience
  • Exhibiting strong interpersonal skills, being a team player, and showing adaptability
  • Managing stress effectively while demonstrating analytical and organizational skills

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in building and construction techniques
  • Mastery of methods, standards, and tools relevant to the industry
  • Ability to conduct site surveys and assessments
  • Familiarity with Autocad for reading and printing plans
