We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Recovery Associate to join our EU finance team in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing debt, managing debt collections, and ensuring compliance with our Terms of service.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze debt via internal queries
- Manage debt collections, including setup of payment plans and submission of evidence for disputed payments
- Ensure follow-up with debt transferred to our collections agencies
- Administer payment reminders and collection calls
- Daily interactions with recovery agencies and internal teams
- Contribute to improving our recovery strategy
- Daily management of financial flows to ensure compliance with our Terms of service
- Verification and processing of payments for rental and post-rental payments, such as claims and fuel adjustments
- Rigorous personality with a strong interest in the Getaround environment
- Previous successful experience in debt collection is considered an advantage
- Fluency in French and English
- Working knowledge of Excel and Google sheets
- Ability to propose new ideas to improve existing processes
