Procurement Specialist for Facility Management

Based in Grenoble, we've recently started operations at our Verkor Innovation Centre, and we're now focusing on building the world's most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk.
Responsibilities- Implement the strategy and sourcing activity for Facilities Management Services (Capex-Opex) for our Verkor Giga Factory in Dunkirk.
- Represent Indirect Procurement for Facility Management (FM) activity to support the ramp-up of the plant, while navigating the construction works environment.
- Drive the sourcing and procurement process, defining optimization plans to reduce lead times and costs for the full acquisition process.
- Run Source to Contract activity on services (Hard and Soft FM), negotiate and monitor FM contracts, and animate SRM processes and Supplier Performance KPIs.
- Contribute to maintaining category expertise, supporting Key Stakeholders and the Category Leader, and participate in Market Intelligence actions and propose innovations.
- A solid experience of 5 to 10 years in Indirect Procurement and Facility Management.
- Ideal Master's Degree in Procurement Management or Engineer degree.
- Familiarity with large scopes of Category, especially in Facility Management, and experience with digital solutions for procurement and FM contract management.
- Good relationship management and communication skills, problem-solving, entrepreneurship, and team player abilities.
- Strategic thinking, negotiation, and resilience in handling tight deadlines and pressure.
- Good written, verbal, and presentation skills in French and English.
