About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and sociable individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative. As a key member of our resort team, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and handling check-in and check-out procedures
- Managing the telephone switchboard and handling guest inquiries
- Ensuring accurate payment processing and accounting operations
- Maintaining accurate computer records and promoting internal overnight sales
- Providing guests with information about services and events within and outside the resort
Requirements:
- Professional and sociable demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Bilingual in English and French or Mandarin is mandatory
