**Mission and Responsibilities**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Ramsay Santé. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver comfort and hygiene care to patients.
• Participate in the overall patient care process, ensuring accurate documentation and quality improvement.
• Provide information and education to patients, promoting their understanding and empowerment.
• Ensure the proper implementation of prescribed care, maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to professional standards.
• Manage patient records and ensure the accuracy of information, respecting patient confidentiality.
• Participate in the ordering and maintenance of medical equipment, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure the proper disposal of waste, complying with current regulations.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team, including reception and phone calls.
