We are seeking a skilled Procurement Department Manager to lead our purchasing team and drive long-term goals for the department. The ideal candidate will have experience in process creation and implementation, as well as the ability to evolve in an international environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage 2 purchasers and implement long-term goals for the department
* Develop and implement procurement related training programs
* Oversee contract development and administration, and lead contract negotiations with key internal stakeholders, legal department, and support groups
* Become the primary contact for procurement related questions, training, policy, and procedure interpretation

**Requirements**

* Fluent in English
* French or German are an advantage
* Structured and data-driven with experience in process creation and implementation

* Competitive salary from 80K€ base onwards + 15/20% bonus
