Role: Business Development Apprentice
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the digital office solutions sector.
- Oversee and enhance a portfolio of current clients, uncovering further sales prospects while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Effectively present and advocate for products and services including telecommunications, printing solutions, internet connectivity, website development, and social media management.
- Assess client requirements, offer tailored solutions, and negotiate favorable commercial agreements.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Track sales activities, contracts, and client interactions using our CRM platform.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee efficient service delivery and exceptional customer support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Essential Qualifications:
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in sales within the office solutions industry or a related field.
- Strong skills in prospecting and business development.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Capability to comprehend client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and productivity tools.
- Possession of a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
