Role: Business Development Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the digital office solutions sector.
  • Oversee and enhance a portfolio of current clients, uncovering further sales prospects while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively present and advocate for products and services including telecommunications, printing solutions, internet connectivity, website development, and social media management.
  • Assess client requirements, offer tailored solutions, and negotiate favorable commercial agreements.
  • Establish and nurture strong connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Track sales activities, contracts, and client interactions using our CRM platform.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee efficient service delivery and exceptional customer support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Essential Qualifications:

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales within the office solutions industry or a related field.
  • Strong skills in prospecting and business development.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to comprehend client needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and productivity tools.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.

Compensation: Based on educational background and age. Training expenses fully covered by the organization.
