Seeking a Payroll Manager for a dynamic accounting firm

Job Summary:

• Process payroll, including preparation, verification, and updates
• Manage personnel administration, including hiring formalities, absence monitoring, and certificate issuance
• Handle employee entries and exits
• Provide first-level legal advice in labor law

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 55 clients with 280 payslips
• Collaborate with a team of 3 members in the payroll department
• Utilize the SILAE software, with prior knowledge a plus

Requirements:

• Minimum Bac +2 degree in Social Sciences or Payroll Management
• At least 3 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in an accounting firm or multi-conventional environment
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
