Role Overview:

The position involves overseeing projects associated with the Financial Department's Information System, ensuring optimal integration and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and manage initiatives related to the Financial Information System.
  • Enhance and standardize the Information System within the department.
  • Monitor advancements in Finance Information System tools.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for users of the Finance Information System, particularly in accounting.

SAP S4HANA Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Organize and engage in workshops with the Finance team in France.
  • Generate reports, distribute information to the Finance team, and identify potential risks as necessary.
  • Contribute to the configuration of documentation.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback to the S/4 teams regarding the adaptation of training materials to align with business operations.
  • Assist users during testing phases to ensure that business requirements are thoroughly addressed.

Data Migration and Cleansing Strategy:

  • Formulate a comprehensive migration strategy for the Finance sector in France.
  • Oversee data cleansing and migration efforts within the Finance department.
  • Prepare for project review meetings, generate reports, and track progress effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (BAC+5) in a relevant field.
  • Experience in auditing or within an accounting firm, along with project management expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of Accounting and Corporate Finance principles.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Experience with financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong understanding of Finance Information Systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and data queries.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Demonstrated proactivity, creativity, strong interpersonal abilities, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
