Job Title: Accommodation Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation Coordinator to join our team at Club Med. As an Accommodation Coordinator, you will be responsible for assigning rooms, managing meal and transfer arrangements, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign rooms according to sales contracts, optimizing bed occupation, meals, and transfers
- Edit occupation expectations and communicate them to Village services
- Prepare arrivals and departures, relaying information to all Village services
- Provide room availability lists, transfers, and other essential information to Front Office
- Stimulate local sales, monitor and control (B&B, meals, transfers)
- Distribute financial information to the financial service (client numbers, arrivals/departures, local sales)
- Respond to client comments and inquiries
- Apply Club Med standards and respect hygiene and security procedures
- Assign and train receptionists in daily tasks
