We are seeking a talented and ambitious intern to join our Investment Banking Department, specializing in Technology and Smart Industry, with a focus on Energy Transition and Sustainability.
About Our TeamBryan, Garnier & Co is an international full-service growth-focused independent investment bank with operations in key markets worldwide. Our team of experts provides M&A, ECM, Growth Financing, Equity Research, Sales and Trading services to growth companies and their investors.
Job Description- Mandates over a broad range of deal types, including M&A, IPOs, Public Takeovers, and Private Placements for Pan-European and international growth companies.
- Drafting of client presentations, including pitches, teasers, information memorandums, management presentations, and valuation books.
- Performing company financial analyses, modeling, and valuation (LBO, DCF, trading peers, transaction comps, etc.).
- Assisting the deal team in the execution of transactions (reach out to investors, due diligences, Q&A, process tracking).
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional academic record coupled with achieved work-life balance.
- Strong interest in investment banking and the sectors covered (Technology, Energy Transition & Sustainability, Industrial Tech).
- Ability to think broadly about a range of strategic issues confronting a company and its management.
- Quantitative and analytical acumen combined with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Professional English speaking and writing skills for cross-border deals/teams.
