Job Summary
Ceva Santé Animale is seeking a highly skilled Nutritional Product Formulation Specialist to join our team at our Louverné Campus. As a key member of our formulation development team, you will be responsible for defining and organizing formulation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement formulation strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs, research and development, and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Lead project teams to develop new nutritional products, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage laboratory equipment and resources to ensure efficient and effective formulation development
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test reports, development reports, and galenic transfer reports
- Manage production planning and equipment availability to ensure smooth production operations
Requirements
- Engineering degree in animal nutrition or agri-food
- Proven experience in formulating nutritional products for animals, with a strong understanding of raw materials, palatability, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong writing skills in English
- Autonomous, reactive, rigorous, organized, and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal and writing skills
