• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a comparable environment.
• Understanding of hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.
• Capacity to empathize and adjust to the needs of individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
