Eurogroup Consulting, a leading French consulting firm, is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Knowledge Management-Go to Market team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for centralizing and analyzing our data to support our commercial development.

Key Objectives:
  1. Data Centralization:
    • Integrate and reconcile data from various sources (ERP, SharePoint, Jalios).
    • Centralize document information scattered across SharePoint, OneDrive, and the network.
  2. Automated Data Processing:
    • Automate data exchanges between environments (ERP, document bases, visualization tools).
    • Use APIs and ETL processes for continuous synchronization and updates.
  3. Data Visualization and Analysis:
    • Integrate numerical data into Power BI for visualization and analysis.
    • Organize and enrich textual data with taxonomies and metadata on SharePoint.
Responsibilities:
  1. Database Reconciliation:
    • Identify and link records from different databases.
    • Map document spaces to locate and categorize documents.
  2. Linking Information and Documents:
    • Produce links enabling easy navigation between structured information and associated documents.
  3. Data Centralization:
    • Prepare data migration to a new ERP by centralizing data in an intermediate base due to licensing restrictions.
    • Duplicate and enrich data in this base.
  4. Automating Processes:
    • Develop scripts and workflows to automate data integration and updates.
    • Use APIs to facilitate data exchange between systems.
  5. Enriching Document Data:
    • Structure and index documents on SharePoint with relevant taxonomies and metadata.
  6. Power BI Integration:
    • Connect numerical data to Power BI for in-depth analysis and dynamic reports.
