Software Security Specialist

Ingenico Group is seeking a skilled Software Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing security measures to protect our products and solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents, ensuring compliance with security policies, and continuously improving our security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain security measures for our products and solutions, including network security, identity and access management, and data protection.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans of the products and solutions to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with the Security Compliance team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and enforce Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, roles, and permissions to ensure least privilege access.
- Develop and promote security best practices and guidelines among development and operations teams.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans for security incidents, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Work closely with DevOps, IT, and application development teams to integrate security into the deployment pipeline.
- Maintain detailed documentation of security configurations, policies, and procedures for the various environments.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software security.
- Strong knowledge of security solutions applied to Cloud-based systems, PCI standards, and ISO27001, SOC standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
