Are you passionate about the hospitality industry and providing exceptional customer service? Odalys Vacances is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent at one of our vibrant tourism residences.

Your Role:

  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences by warmly welcoming and assisting clients throughout their stay, ensuring they feel valued and well-cared for.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction, contributing to a positive and memorable vacation experience.
  • Proactively promote additional services and products offered by Odalys Vacances, maximizing sales opportunities on-site.
  • Manage essential reception tasks efficiently, including reservations, check-ins/check-outs, invoicing, and daily closure procedures.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with guests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate effectively with all departments within the residence to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive guest experience.

Your Profile:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in one or more additional languages.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in reservation software (PMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer service.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, energy, and willingness to learn and adapt to various situations.
