As a key member of our team at CAP INGELEC, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning complex construction projects from the design phase to completion. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring timely project delivery, effective resource allocation, and seamless communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera and MS Project, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project timelines.
- Conduct site meetings with project stakeholders to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide updates on project status.
- Monitor and report project progress to clients, project managers, and other relevant parties, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support to project teams, offering expertise in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project coordination, with a focus on high-tech building projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project, with the ability to develop and manage complex project schedules.
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
