**Job Summary**

APF France Handicap is seeking a highly skilled Medical Coordinator to join our dynamic team of 35 professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the medical care of children and young adults with motor disabilities, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our healthcare team.
  • Coordinate with external healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in the development of quality and risk management protocols.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare partners to ensure continuity of care.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of our healthcare practices and the development of new projects.

**Requirements:**

  • Medical degree and relevant experience in pediatric care.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
