Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at People & Baby. As an Agent de Puériculture, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and education to our young students, working closely with our experienced team of educators and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Childcare and Education: Provide high-quality childcare and education to our students, creating a safe and engaging environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team of educators and caregivers to plan and implement engaging activities, lessons, and programs that meet the needs of our students.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's daily activities, progress, and any issues that may arise.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and ordering supplies.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Hold a CAP Petite Enfance or BEP sanitaire et social qualification, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
- Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Language: Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual environment.
