Your Role
As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting client audits to identify coverage needs for individual and collective policies (health, life insurance, loan, key person, etc.)
- Presenting our tailored insurance offers that meet client needs
- Developing and managing your client portfolio (networking, prospecting, leads)
- Informing and supporting clients to ensure their guarantees remain aligned with their situations
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of successful commercial and technical experience in the insurance or banking industry. Your personality and talent will be key to your success: you must have a strong relational sense, be recognized for your dynamic and proactive temperament, and possess excellent listening, rigor, and analytical skills.
What We Offer
Upon joining our team, you will benefit from a personalized onboarding process and a training program to ensure you are comfortable with our products and sales techniques. Your monthly gross salary will be between €2,100-€2,500, plus performance-based bonuses, 13th month, interest, and health and pension benefits.
