Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Supervisor to join our team at SPIE Oil & Gas Services. As a key member of our offshore maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist the planning team in preparing jobs and providing technical support as needed.
- Lead a team of specialists in performing maintenance operations under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC).
- Ensure compliance with COMPANY HSE regulations, approved operating procedures, and standard industry practice.
- Manage interventions using the CMMS and review reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor equipment performance and take corrective action as necessary.
- Develop and implement training programs to transfer knowledge to team members.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in the offshore industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of maintenance procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English, French, and Portuguese.
