Located in West Lyon, this firm offers a collaborative and supportive environment where you can truly make an impact.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of payroll clients with autonomy and responsibility.
• Produce accurate and timely payroll bulletins, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Prepare and submit social security charge declarations via the DSN platform.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including contract management and final settlements.
• Provide exceptional client support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Supervise and mentor a junior payroll manager, fostering their professional development.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in managing multiple fiscal periods within an accounting environment.
• Solid understanding of BIC files and payroll legislation.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong technical proficiency, including familiarity with SILAE software.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
