We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hoist Operator Offshore to join our team at HTM Helicopter Travel Munich GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our helicopters.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate the helicopter winch and ensure smooth mission execution
- Document hoist cycles and faults/incidents in winch operation
- Prepare helicopters for missions and handle passenger handling
- Support line maintenance and collaborate with pilots
- Comply with pilot instructions and maintain a high level of situational awareness
- Relevant experience as a Hoist Operator in the offshore sector
- Experience in maintenance is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of winch operation and emergency equipment
- Strong service mentality and ability to work in a team
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
