Senior Pharmaceutical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pharmaceutical Engineer to join our team in a 6-month contract position.
About the Role:
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of downstream processing equipment, including filtration and purification systems.
- Ensure equipment is installed and operating correctly, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Document test results in relevant test/commissioning documents according to GDP.
- Perform other duties as assigned, coordinating field activities of vendors and contractors.
- Attend and lead daily commissioning morning meetings, as well as attend relevant project meetings.
Requirements:
- University degree in pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology, or process engineering, or a comparable subject.
- 5 years of professional experience in commissioning under GMP, preferably with process systems and equipment in production areas.
- Experience working with upstream/downstream manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to work with different departments, be independent, and proactively prepared to perform hands-on activities.
- Fluency in English and French.
