Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal System Engineering Architect to join our Intelligent Edge organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our Software Defined Edge Control (SDEC) program, which aims to simplify the design and commissioning of customer OT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of SDEC program, ensuring consistency and complementary with existing platforms
  • Collaborate with POs and Architects to prepare the proper landing of SDEC deliverables
  • Develop strong expertise on virtualization and networking technologies, with a focus on Linux execution environment
  • Design and implement mixed critical systems combining real-time/safety and best effort applications
Requirements
  • Graduate or Post-graduate degree in computer science and system engineering
  • Excellent knowledge in embedded software development (RTOS, Linux)
  • Strong knowledge of components used in digital platforms (microprocessors and microcontrollers, memories, etc.)
  • Knowledge of industrial application level standards, such as IEC 61850 and OPC UA
