Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior M&A Insurance Broker to join our team. As a Senior M&A Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients on insurance matters related to mergers and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to clients on the selection of insurance products for mergers and acquisitions
- Analyze transactional documents and due diligence reports to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Negotiate with insurance providers to obtain the best possible terms and conditions
- Work closely with the M&A team to develop and implement insurance solutions for clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ensure the successful implementation of insurance projects for clients
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as law or business
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or M&A department of a large company
- Strong knowledge of transactional documents and due diligence reports
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluency in English
