Become a part of GBS IT and contribute to the evolution of IT within ENGIE's global framework. We are looking for a SEZAME Service Operations Manager to supervise essential functions and guarantee exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the SEZAME service and its various elements
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are fulfilled for incidents
- Verify that our vendors uphold their obligations
- Establish and refine RUN processes
- Lead the Level 2 team responsible for ticket pre-qualification and assisting the business in its strategic initiatives
