INOVELYA is seeking a Quality Leadership Specialist to support the company's growth and advancement. The ideal candidate will contribute to the implementation of quality management systems and tools, provide guidance and training to the project team, and identify and report quality risks.
The Quality Leadership Specialist will lead problem-solving efforts within the OLM to address escalated quality issues, facilitate the transfer of quality documentation to the plant responsible for parts and processes, and manage Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) and Critical-to-Process (CTP) parameters from acquisition to control phases.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent, minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Leadership or related roles within the manufacturing industry, and strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools.
Additionally, the candidate will undergo technical tests focusing on quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation of quality management systems and tools
- Provide guidance and training to the project team
- Identify and report quality risks
- Lead problem-solving efforts
- Manage CTQ and CTP parameters
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Leadership or related roles
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools
