Job Summary

The Culinary Specialist will be responsible for preparing and serving meals in the context of institutional activities for the City of Nantes, Nantes Métropole, and the CCAS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare meals: realization and presentation of culinary preparations
  • Ensure the setup and service of receptions (wine receptions, cocktails) programmed by the community
  • Receive deliveries of food and beverages
  • Participate in the maintenance of equipment and facilities dedicated to the activity
  • Act as a liaison in the absence of the unit's head chef
Requirements
  • Experience in managing a gastronomic restaurant
  • Master the rules of food hygiene
  • Master office software

Additional Requirements
  • Holder of a driving license
