Your Role: Patient Care and Sample Collection

As a Phlebotomist within our Medication Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring quality patient care throughout their journey. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Providing clear information to patients about the procedures involved in sample collection.
• Performing accurate and safe sample collection adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
• Potentially conducting home visits and collaborating with healthcare facilities.

Your Profile: Expertise and Compassion

We are seeking a dedicated individual with:

• A degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, including phlebotomy certification and a valid advanced life support certification.
• Strong qualities such as commitment, teamwork, initiative, organization, empathy, and respect.
• A valid driver's license is required for potential home visits.

Recruitment Process: A Collaborative Journey

Our recruitment process involves:

• Review of your application by our HR team.
• An initial phone interview with a member of our HR department.
• A second interview with a Supervisor or Biologist to further discuss your qualifications and experience.

Contract: Permanent Position

We offer a permanent contract with full-time hours, including day shifts every other Saturday.
