We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Planning Manager to join our Finance Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and leading the Group SG&A Financial Planning & Analysis team, processes, and tools.
Responsibilities- Establish a robust financial planning and analysis framework to monitor SG&A structural costs by Corporate Function.
- Standardize and integrate SG&A monitoring across the Group, ensuring consistency in KPIs, granularity, and timeliness.
- Lead the deployment of tools for producing recurring Cost by Function reports on a quarterly basis, covering all Group BUs.
- Analyze changes in the Group's consolidated SG&A, anticipate risks of deviations from the budget, and ensure timely publication within the Finance Department and COMEX.
- Ensure adherence to management procedures and rules established by the Finance Department, including instructions, timetables, content, and tools.
- Deploy the Control Tower for SG&A optimization, leading cost optimization programs using Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologies.
- Monitor projects via the team to ensure the roadmap is delivered, anticipating risks and proposing corrective action.
- Simplify and automate FP&A processes and digitize Group SG&A reporting.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience of around 15 years in Controlling in structured environments.
- Experience of Project Management Office (PMO).
- Experience of cost optimization & continuous improvement programs (e.g. Lean, Six-Sigma, agile methodology).
- Good level of written and spoken English.
- Good command of IT tools: Excel, PPT, QlikView, Qliksense.
- Autonomous, initiative, and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to involve stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills, rigour, and ability to manage priorities.
