Your Responsibilities:
In this dynamic environment, you will be instrumental in:
- Defining and selecting the network architecture at the system level.
- Developing and implementing new communication protocols and messaging frameworks aligned with the network specifications.
- Providing support for existing communication systems.
In collaboration with the Design Office's system designers, you will contribute to the definition and selection of the network architecture. Additionally, you will engage with academic partners to validate network performance and resilience.
Your focus on new communication protocols will include ensuring their reliability and establishing effective usage strategies through:
- Formulating a strategy to validate the reliability of new communication systems.
- Defining messaging principles for functions utilizing these new protocols.
- Monitoring their development and contributing to validation and verification activities.
- Participating in safety assessments for certification purposes.
- Defining a roadmap for future communication protocols.
- Conducting technical audits as required.
For legacy communication systems, your objectives will include:
- Monitoring the performance of existing systems.
- Leading analyses of legacy system issues.
- Facilitating trade-off discussions to identify optimal solutions for performance improvements.
- Contributing to the roadmap for legacy systems.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience with legacy communication systems.
- Strong background in Ethernet or AFDX technologies.
- Understanding of aeronautical safety, reliability, and certification standards.
- Modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
Salary Information:
Salary range based on qualifications: 55 to 65K€/year, including performance-related components.
