Key Responsibilities- Design and implement an organization's data architecture and strategy to support business goals and outcomes.
- Define architecture to address cost control and reductions of investment in on-premise solutions.
- Formalize the description of databases and rely on the data owner.
- Guide the practices of Data Engineers and Data Management, Dataviz, and ML Engineer practice leads.
- Support IT projects in the definition of business needs on the description and use of data.
- Design Data products and solutions supported by the digital factory teams.
- Guide projects by setting up and enforcing norms and standards applicable to the construction of the data.
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL languages.
- Experience with Agile project management methodology including Kanban visual work management.
- Design and deploy a distributed architecture for data processing.
- Proficiency in data modeling.
- Knowledge of statistics, data algorithms.
- Business/enterprise architecture skills.
- Methodology (ArchiMate, ITIL, V-cycle project management, agile at scale).
- Creativity, sense of innovation.
- Fluent in English.
