Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer business requirements, scenarios, use cases, and user experience needs to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the software architect to translate technical specifications into detailed technical specifications, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Manage activities to ensure delivery deadlines and report to the software architect, maintaining open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Document software system design and describe specifications in technical terms, facilitating effective collaboration among team members.
  • Develop code functions and unitary tests while adhering to quality rules, ensuring robust and reliable software solutions.
  • Write an operation guide explaining the deployment of the software components, providing clear instructions for maintenance and updates.
  • Analyze and correct reported issues, and execute software changes aligned with R&D strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Assess, develop, upgrade, and document upgrade and maintenance procedures for system environments and applications software, maintaining software integrity.
  • Capture project deliverables to ensure reusability, promoting efficient software development.
  • Understand software architecture models and create software design, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Proficient in developing automated software tests, utilizing software libraries, and conducting performance tests, ensuring high-quality software solutions.
  • Analyze software specifications, develop software prototypes, and proficient in computer programming, including proficiency in Japanese and English.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of web application development, including proficiency in Java programming.
  • Proficiency in widget development using JS, ensuring seamless integration with web applications.
