About the Role:

We are seeking a Project and Bid Management Leader to oversee our initiatives in a forward-thinking international organization that excels in the design, development, and production of advanced technological systems.

In this pivotal role within the Program Management Division, your main responsibilities will encompass:

  • Crafting comprehensive technical proposals in partnership with both internal teams and external collaborators to formulate competitive offerings.
  • Delivering presentations and advocating for proposals during specialized reviews and negotiations with clients.
  • Managing projects to ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints, thereby securing client satisfaction and project profitability.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive project success.
  • Spotting business opportunities and negotiating project modifications to foster organizational growth.

Candidate Profile:

  • A degree in engineering with at least five years of experience in bid or project management, ideally within the Defense industry.
  • Expertise in Mechanical and/or Electronic fields, with a focus on Pyrotechnics being advantageous.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
  • A business-centric mindset and a flexible management approach that inspires confidence and leadership.
