About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Sr. to join our team at NTT DATA, Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering inbound calls regarding verification of health insurance benefits, eligibility, and claim status.
  • Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services, and processes performed by the team.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to clients regarding their health insurance benefits and claims.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications.
