Job Overview
In the realm of Real Estate Management, the Property and Rental Management Division plays a crucial role in ensuring adherence to legal standards in rental administration.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Property and Rental Management, the Manager will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Oversee all centralized rental management functions within the organization
- Manage and enhance rental activities at the designated processing center.
Collaborating with a marketing specialist and under the guidance of coordinators at the processing center, various rental operations are categorized into areas such as property management, billing, investigations, specialized management, tools, and financial oversight.
The Manager will also be tasked with:
- Leading the team effectively
- Providing activity reports to senior management
- Organizing and engaging in essential meetings with external stakeholders and other departments
- Conducting regular meetings with the network to advocate for the department
- Serving as a managerial link between the team and the Director, ensuring consistent communication with deputies and coordinators
- Facilitating the development of the team's competencies
Candidate Profile
A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate rental management is required.
In-depth knowledge of rental management regulations is essential.
Experience in team leadership is necessary.
Skills in project management and change management are highly valued.
Desired attributes include: attention to detail, independence, organizational skills, responsiveness, analytical and synthesis capabilities, coordination, and teamwork.
Willingness to travel frequently to various sites is expected.
