Job Title: Chargé de Projets Industrialisation

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrialization Project Manager to join our team at Talents Industrie. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading industrialization projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting: Define technical solution budgets for pre-project phases.
  • Needs Analysis: Analyze project requirements, create technical specifications, consult with suppliers, and oversee equipment installation and qualification.
  • Project Planning: Anticipate and analyze project needs, develop project plans, and ensure timely completion.
  • Technical Expertise: Conduct or coordinate mechanical, electrical, and automation studies.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure technical solution performance while meeting quality, cost, and timeline constraints.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular project updates and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop and maintain technical procedures and user manuals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (BAC + 2/3).
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in industry, with expertise in automation, electrical engineering, mechanics, and pneumatics.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, technical knowledge, and experience with industry standards and regulations.
  • Language: Proficient in technical English.
