L&D Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at Alstom, a leading player in the transport industry. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining the architecture of our train sets, including seating arrangements and equipment layout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills of our employees
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality training content
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and French
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix, multi-site, and international organization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
